General conditions of ALGARVE ROCKS
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which ALGARVE ROCKS, legal entity with tax ID number 163783110, with registered address at Edificio Mercurio - Rua do Lageado Lote 14 - 8200-328, in Albufeira (hereinafter “ALGARVE ROCKS”) shall be governed.
The service of ALGARVE ROCKS is the provision and supply of a series of products and/or services in order to enable a user, who is granted the status of a customer, to order and purchase online, the products presented in it.
By using ALGARVE ROCKS, you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access ALGARVE ROCKS.
If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of these terms and conditions, you should not purchase from ALGARVE ROCKS. By accessing ALGARVE ROCKS, you agree and are responsible for complying with the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

ALGARVE ROCKS informs customers of the features, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each page provided. ALGARVE ROCKS undertakes to provide its products and/or services in a clear manner and to correct possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
ALGARVE ROCKS concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping charges applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and amended by ALGARVE ROCKS at any time.

ALGARVE ROCKS is a registered online store and the service provided is the responsibility of Annelies Reugebrink.
The content, domain, information present and made available on ALGARVE ROCKS is owned by or licensed to Annelies Reugebrink and is protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copy or disclosure of visual, audio-visual or written content is subject to prior approval by ALGARVE ROCKS.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the conditions and rights referred to, and to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights, such as copyright, related rights, among other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc. without express approval of ALGARVE ROCKS. ALGARVE ROCKS cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
Payment Methods
ALGARVE ROCKS offers the following payment methods:

After the payment is completed, ALGARVE ROCKS will proceed with a standard verification, in order to be able to process and send the order. The customer will receive an email confirmation that the order has been paid and an invoice.
Conditions of purchase at ALGARVE ROCKS:
Product Availability
All products and/or services available at ALGARVE ROCKS may be purchased unless stock is unavailable or limited, in addition to order-only products, the availability of which may be variable. Products may become unavailable without notice, but in these circumstances, will be duly identified at ALGARVE ROCKS.
If the event the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, ALGARVE ROCKS will contact the customer by phone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process.
Taxes and Duties
At ALGARVE ROCKS, prices quoted are in EURO €, with the appropriate VAT rates and taxes applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price displayed.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is still being processed. Customers are required to inform ALGARVE ROCKS via email.
In the event the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, the order will be forwarded for delivery and the customer can choose to refuse to accept the order. ALGARVE ROCKS will not be held responsible for any delays in dealing with order cancellations.
ALGARVE ROCKS reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in the event of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues unrelated to ALGARVE ROCKS.
Freedom to Terminate
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, he or she may do so by sending an email or by filling out the contact form available at ALGARVE ROCKS.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except where expressly agreed and where the customer incurs no costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree of Law No. 24/2014.
Complaints
The customer may lodge a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service provided concerning ALGARVE ROCKS via email or via the electronic Complaints Book.
Liability Disclaimer
By creating and using an account at ALGARVE ROCKS, the customer is responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality, and all activity arising from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most current version.
ALGARVE ROCKS is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.
ALGARVE ROCKS is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.
